Life moves fast. You're focused on what’s coming next, checking tasks off the list, and making sure everyone else is good. You're just trying to keep it all together.

With all that focus, sometimes you forget to take care of yourself. After all who has time to when there aren't enough hours in the day. With so much going on you've started feeling a little less confident, a little less sure, and whole lot more stressed and anxious.

You feel burnt out, neglected, and overwhelmed.
it's time for a change!

Putting Yourself First Helps Others

Believe it or not, when you focus on caring for yourself those around you win too.

The more you prioritize yourself, the better you are at recognizing signs of overwhelm and understanding how and when to pivot. These essential shifts can make a world of difference. You’ll feel lighter, stronger, and capable of handling whatever life throws at you. You’ll feel more in control and less like life is happening to you.

You may have felt alone so far, but not anymore. Through therapy, you will engage in self-discovery, set realistic goals, and learn to effectively implement the boundaries necessary to manage your stressors.

Discover the Benefits of Setting Clear Boundaries

By discussing the impact of overextending yourself you'll identify habits that encourage overwhelm. We'll use the patterns you identify to assist in learning to set boundaries that promote your emotional and mental health.

We’ll focus on your strengths, so that you are able to:

      • Unlearn unhelpful ways of thinking & doing
      • Learn strategies to tackle life’s challenges
      • Gain coping skills to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety
      • Understand your feelings to increase self-awareness

By setting boundaries and taking care of yourself you can:

      • Live a life of peace
      • End the cycle of burnout
      • Become more assured in your journey
      • Manage feelings of depression and anxiety

I offer an empathic, empowering, and client-centered approach to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals. I am most passionate about assisting young adults, ages 18-30, who are dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma.

      • Anxiety
      • Depression
      • Stress
      • Coping Skills
      • Self-Esteem
      • Life Transitions

I'm interested in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help adults regulate emotions, improve relational skills, and learn coping strategies that will allow them to feel better so they can do better.

Together we can work on healthy coping strategies and new ways of thinking so you can navigate feelings of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Whether you’re facing life transitions, enduring relationship issues, or overwhelmed by stress, I want to help you feel empowered to accomplish a heightened level of growth, peace, and confidence.
